W. J. Miller
W.J. Miller (William J. Miller) fought as an amateur in the 145 and 158 pound classes. Miller fought out of the Toole Club near the Pittsburgh area. In January 1913 he won a gold medal by winning in the Middle Atlantic Amateur Tournament. He won the final in the 158 pound class. Two months later he fought Greb when they were both amateurs.
