Clay Turner "St. Paul's Indian Boxer"
Clay Turner fought many of the greats during his time such as Battling Levinsky, Harry Greb, and George Chip. During his career he mostly fought middleweights and light-heaveyweights. Clay Tuner even had a 4 round exhibition with heaveyweight champ Jack Dempsey in Brooklyn 1918.
Turner made two bids for the world light heaveyweight championship title against Battling Levinsky. The first fight was 8/11/1919 and the second was on 5/3/1920.
